Image Processing

Studio Artist has a full range of image processing filters and unique visual effects. These include Smart filters that change depending on image visual attributes, nonlinear morphological processes, an intelligent image compressor that automatically dodges and burns for you, and smart interpolators that autofill empty canvas space by extrapolating existing detail.

All image processing operations have built in compositing, which means that each image operation is really several effects in one. Iterative or repetitive operations can also be defined.

Custom art processes can be designed that combine paint operations and image processing filters as Paint Action Sequences. Recorded Paint Action Sequences can then be applied to other Source images or to QuickTime movies.

Real-time Warping and Morphing
